Prices:

Please see our price list for confirmation. The prices are all based on the apartment and not per person.

Please note the maximum number of guests allowed is 6. However a maximum of 2 travel cots are also accepted.

Prices will not be changed once a booking form has been signed or electronically sent and a deposit received.

Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required within 7 days of a provisional booking being made. The deposit must also be accompanied by a signed booking form which can be printed from this site.

8 weeks prior to occupancy an invoice will be sent and full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to occupancy.

With the full payment a refundable deposit of £100 is also required to cover any damage/breakages or missing item(s) or exceeding our occupancy limits. However, in the event that the £100 deposit is not sufficient to repair such damage or replace such broken or missing items, customers will be responsible for the additional cost.

The refundable deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure once the apartment has been checked and deemed acceptable.

Cancellation:

A cancellation is effective only when we receive notification from the person who signed the booking form.

The following cancellation charges apply:

29 – 55 days before occupancy-50% of total invoice

15 – 28 days before occupancy-75% of total invoice

1 – 14 days before occupancy- 90% of total invoice

Terms and Waivers:

We do not accept any responsibility for deaths, personal injuries, accidents or for any loss or damage to the property or personal effects caused during your stay in the apartment.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of the booking caused by events beyond our control. Including war, threat of war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, flight/ferry/channel tunnel delays or cancellations, closure of airports, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, flood, fire, smoke or similar events beyond our control.
